ABOUT THE PROGRAM

NLTV Studios internship program offers an interesting and challenging work environment where students can learn how movies are made and gain hands-on experience related to their majors. We have many different departments that provide a wide range of experiences, so we encourage you to browse our department descriptions before applying for an internship. All internships are unpaid and students must receive college credit to participate in our program. We look forward to working with you!

 

OPPORTUNITIES IN NEW YORK

Development

Interns learn the feature film development process by assisting the department with administrative duties, writing coverage, updating the submission database and covering phones. The analysis of books and manuscripts factors heavily into this internship, so an aptitude for analytical reading and writing is necessary. Previous entertainment experience strongly preferred. Applicants must be current college students who can receive credit for the internship.

 

OPPORTUNITIES IN LOS ANGELES

Development

Interns learn the feature film development process by assisting the department with administrative duties, writing coverage, updating the talent database and covering phones. Previous entertainment experience or film-related major strongly preferred. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college, trade school or extension program.

 

Music

Interns are involved in the administrative aspects of music supervision including compiling titles and organizing the music library, performing research, dubbing & labeling.  Previous experience or major in a music-related area strongly preferred. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college, trade school or extension program.

 

Physical Production

Interns learn the process of physical production, from pre-production through wrap, by assisting in the day-to-day operations of the studio production office.  Interns assist with administrative duties, distributing schedules, organizing project documents and answering phones.  Previous entertainment experience or film-related major strongly preferred.  Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college, trade school or extension program.

 

OPPORTUNITIES IN MIAMI

Development

Interns learn the feature film development process by assisting the department with administrative duties, writing coverage, updating the talent database and covering phones. Previous entertainment experience or film-related major strongly preferred. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college, trade school or extension program.
